Recycling Blister Packs - New Scheme

Most medicines now come in packs made up of plastic blisters with a foil backing. These are not recyclable through the normal system as two completely different materials are stuck to each other. However, following an initiative by a resident who spotted a scheme for re-cycling these packs, we are pleased to say that you can now recycle blister packs via a collection box in the Bunbury Medical Practice. These pack currently represent a significant contribution to landfill but we can now all do our bit to reduce this.
