At the May meeting of the Council the following application consultations were considered:
12/1285/HOUS: The Stable, Birds Lane - Singles storey side extension - The Council resolved to object because a query over the public right of way had been raised, suggesting that the footpath would be blocked by the proposed extension. However, the Council had been informally informed that this was an error arising from an inaccurate map in use at Cheshire East Council, If this is confirmed formally the Council would have no objection.
25/1558/Hous: West View, Bunbury Lane - Replacement of conservatory with single storey extension to link the main house with an outhouse. After discussion the Council agreed that there was nothing objectionable about the application and so resolved to offer no objection.
