12/1285/HOUS: The Stable, Birds Lane - Singles storey side extension
25/1558/Hous: West View, Bunbury Lane - Replacement of conservatory with single storey extension to link the main house with an outhouse.
At the April meeting we considered applications at
Conversion of an existing outbuilding to an Annex at The Old Post Office, Bunbury Lane, (25/0884/Hous) and Partial demolition and extension of existing semi subterranean out building and associated retaining works at Church Cottage, Wyche Road (25/0982/Hous). Both applications came in late and so following brief discussion at the meeting, the responses were delegated to the Clerk, in consultation with Councillors. I t was decided that neither application was problematic and so no objections were raised.
The Council is Consulted on most planning applications but planning decisions are made by the Planning Authority (Cheshire East Council)
